FINDING INSPIRATION

Good evening;  I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday. Today seems to be the first day I have had that was kind of normal.  So I hope that means I am getting back on track.  My poor Son is still trying to find his way as a single daddy, but he is doing fine..  I am finding so much inspiration from reading every ones posts. It is so up lifting  to my soul.  I am so very very sorry that I have not be by to visit as much as I use to, that is one thing I am finding a hard time to work in. By the time the grand kids are in bed I am just wore out and want to sleep.... lol   but I will be by to visit as soon as possible. So I hope you don't think I have just snubbed you all,  I would never do that to my new family.

I thank you all for you caring words of encouragement and prayers....  You are such a blessing in my life..  bless you all.

A BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY

                         

Good afternoon dear friends; I hope and Pray that every one in blog land is having a beautiful weekend.   Here we are having a wonderful weekend weather wise. It is very warm but with a lovely breeze.  All of my plants are really doing great,,,,,,  oh and so are the weeds.... lol;  but you can't have one with out the other, right Ladies...   But I really don't mind weeding it gets me out of the house and in the fresh air  and house work.... he he   It won't be long before we have clean up week,  I love clean up week. For one thing I can clean out my house and garage, and then go junking for more things to put in my clean out garage... You just never know what you will find than will be my next treasure.

I have not been able to do much crafting as we have my Sons  two babies living with us now.  Which is a good thing since that they were not in good hands where they were.  So I have a 6 yr old and a 19 month old now... I am so not used to raising small ones again. Zach is in school so I have to get him up for school and take him, and get his sister ready to go with us... whew!!!  I just have not much time in the day any more with running around after her, lol  I hope I can get on a route and it won't be so bad...   I thank you all so very much for you wonderful words of encouragement and prayers.  I must ask you all for your Prayers again dear friends. it seems that my sweet hubby was just down sized at his work, so he is looking for work...  It seems that now ones job is safe any more.    But we have faith in our Lord to get us through these trying times. We will come out on the other side stronger and better then before...  I praise him every day for his love and faithfulness. 

So that is about it,  not much else going on..  well I guess there is lots going on but nothing crafty.... haha...  so I thank you all for you wonderful support and Prayers, you are all just the best ever, and I am blessed to have you all in my life...  Until next time.

JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW I AM STILL HERE...

Hello to all; just incase some of you have missed me,,,,, I have been having a  ruff couple of days. I wish I could tell you all what it is, but I can say that it is family related. So stress and all that goes with it is not fun... I  have really missed you all lots. I have not been able to do much visiting which I miss too.  The light at the end of the very long tunnel is not easy to see.  But I do have such faith in the Lord that he will see us all through this time. He is always there for us, and so faithful  I am so blessed that I can turn to him in times like this..

Ok enough of all this stuff I don't want to make this a bummer post.   I have  FLOWERS BLOOMING!!!  yes they are finally popping out to greet the day...  I did grab my camera to take photos to show you all. My  weeping pea tree is looking so pretty with all the tiny with flowers coming out...

It this not gorgeous....  I can't wait till all the blooms are out. It looks so lacy don't you think.  I hope you all can see it I tried to get a good shot of it and you can click on it to make it a little bigger.  Ok more flowers...... he he   can you tell I am excited..

I just love all the colors of my hyacinth, they are  much more  bold in color than the photo shows..  They smell so yummy.

Close up of the yellow one...  They are planted out in the front yard around my yard light..  I have other plants that are  yet to show their true colors..  But they will..  I am so embarrass to say but I can't remember what I planted, I ordered them from through a garden site...  I know I should have kept a record of them. So when they do pop out, I will write them down so I can remember what they are.....  lol;  I even cleaned out my garden to get it ready for planting.. I took photos of that too, I was proud of my self. 

  Before the digging and cleaning..  Hey can you see my Pink handled tool....  I love my pink garden tools.. and my pink bag.

And after...  it is a small one but I love it. I have it on the side of our house. It gets morning sun and afternoon shade.. Oh hey do you see my Onions growing... I was so shocked to see them growing.. I have never planted Onions before, and I thought they were all dead,,, but low and behold there they are...  My Rose bush is doing fine, which I thought I lost, and my hydrangeas  are growing too....  I am so  excited that Spring is finally here to stay. We have been getting rain these past two days, but on Thurs. we are going up to the 70's... yeaaaaaaaaaa   can you tell I am excited...  :o}  It felt so good to get in the dirt and get my hand dirty...  I am in my own little world when I am out in the yard. I have my Zune on and just drift away...    Well ladies I hope you enjoyed my little show I flowers.  They are not much but they are mine and they are blooming......  I want to thank you all for the wonderful comments and taking the time to visit me....  you are such lovely friends....  Until next time God Bless;

PINK SATURDAY AND SPRING HOW GREAT LIVE IS.........

Hello to all my dear friends. I hope you all are enjoying a fine Friday... It was just so darn beautiful here, sunny again,,,, and  about 70,,,  Yes that is what I said,,,,, 70....  I was so excited that I painted my tootsies  so they would look pretty in my sandals.  he he.   I have a few buds on my weeping pea tree that are open, won't be long and they will be  give us a great show. I will make sure I take photos to share in their beauty..  OK now on to Pink Saturday...

I just love it when Pink Saturday comes around;  Beverly of   how sweet the sound is our sweet pink hostess.... So please stop by and take a gander at her pretty pink, she always has such a beauty to share, and then you can visit others who are showing off their Pretty Pinkies....   Now for my Pretty Pinkies.

These are some of the lovely Gifts I received from my Easter Swap partner, She sent me the pretty pink book of Peter Rabbit,,, so cute,  and see those two sweet pink eggs,,,,, well  my sweet pink friends. she made those too.  

Can you see the darling little bunny sitting on my books...... she is so adorable, and you are asking ..................  why are you show this  it is not pink,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,   hehe  oh yes she is   Miss bunny is a very light pink and I so love her..... She looks like she is getting ready to hop in the pink flower pot and see what is in there....

Shhh;  not too loud or you might scare her away....  I hope you all can see her  she is my lovely Pink sparkly Fairy..  When my Easter basket arrived in the mail,,,  and I opened it well she just flew out and landed right under lamp,,,, she is very happy there  she has a great view of all the action going on,,,, which is not  much... lol

My Pink Fairy also loves to be nestled next to my plant, it must make her feel like she is out in the woods.... 

I will be doing a post on all the other wonderful things my sweet partner sent me...  she out did her self.... I hope one day she will start a blog, she will have a ball....  So that is if for now dear friends I hope you all enjoyed my Pretty Pinkies.... GETTING MY GARDEN READY

Good evening;  We finally had a beautiful day today. The sun was out and the air was warm..  So I thought it was a good time to get my garden cleaned and ready for planting...  It was not as bad as I thought it would be, so it looks really great now...   Well I was on a roll now, so I started to get my patio in order and cleaned.  I did some sweeping wiping off the tables and chairs.. I hung up my mosaic mirror  and my candle sconces.  On the mantle of the fire place I have two flower pots  the ones  in the photo above.  I put them on each side of the mirror the colors are so great together. Any way I am going to put some pink geraniums and some ivy. They will look so pretty...   I should be able to plant some flowers in a few more weeks, I am so ready to buy some lovely plants.

I still have lot's of work to do on the patio, but it will be worth it when I am done..  I just hope I get it done before  Winter.. lol

Oh I have to show you all where I finally hung my Pretty Pink and White Quilt that I won in a give a way from Heidi...

  

I love how it turned out, I have some new pillows that my Sweet MIL bought for me, and they look so pretty on the bed. I don't have a photo of them but I will soon, and show you...  My MIL is just a sweetie...

I redid a ladder back chair and it came out pretty good, I was very pleased with it...

The chair sits by my little kitchen desk, I had some blue toile fabric and some quilt batting and stapled it on.  Folded my blue and white quilt over the back and a sweet pillow my sweet Daughter bought me one year...

  I just love the saying on this pillow....  So ladies what do you think?????  did I do good........................   So that was my day today,,,  so now after the supper clean up is done and coffee pot is ready for morning, and hubby's lunch is made for work, I am ready to put up my feet and visit some of you sweet ladies...  My dear friends....   Whom I wish to thank for all the kind comments you have been leaving me... SPRING AT LAST WHOPPI!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello  ladies; hope every one is having a beautiful day. It has been so great these past few days with more to come....  a couple of days ago I had the chance to do go out and do some yard work. It was so great to get out, and get my hands in the dirt....  I took some photos to share what little is starting to pop up... 

My weeping pea tree is doing really great  it has little buds all over it... Now this was taken a few days ago so they were not opening yet... Today when I  went to the store  I noticed that some are starting to open...  I was so excited cos this is my first Spring with it.... I planted it in the fall last year...  So when it is in full bloom I will take another photo....  it will have tiny white flowers all over it.  ooooooo  ahhhhhhhhhhh    

My fancy tulips I planted around the tree, they are so much larger now, I hope they bloom soon.  A few of them have some nibbles on the leaves,  so I think  Mr. Bunny is helping himself...

And my Lavender  you can hardly see it, but it is doing fine. I have two of them, I just love Lavender so I  am planning on getting more...

My  Hyacinths  are really popping up.  They are really up now, almost in bloom... I can't wait to see them all, my pansies are growing, and my Hydrangeas  I was so afraid they would not make it   but they are.....  Oh and my  Clematis  is coming back too. I was sure that Gracie and Izzie  killed it off by digging it up...  But there is it growing.    Now I have to get in my garden and do some cleaning up so I can get it ready to plant some veggies and such...

FUN EASTER PHOTO'S

Hello there and good evening;  I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. We had a great time  some of our grand kids were not able to make it which I was disappointed but understood. My grand daughter little Haylee was sick that day poor baby, so one daughter was not able to come... They were all missed very much,. But  we had a great time any way, my sweet Mother in Law and Father in law were able to come up for dinner. My MIL  always brings such wonderful deserts sometimes she brings to many... lol   My daughter Heather made the cutest cupcakes, I took a photo so I could show them off...   We had a small group of  grand kids for the hunt,,, three out of 11 were able to be here.. So they had lots of  eggs and candy to find, what a haul they made.. This was the first year that our youngest Maddison  was able to enjoy the hunt... She had so much fun looking for all the goodies.

Yay Rah go team go....  she loved her little pink and white pompoms.  She was shaking them like crazy all day long.

Oh and I can't forget big brother all handsome in his new duds....

My daughter Heather made these sweet looking cupcakes. She did a great job on them, and boy were they yummy.......   The cut marshmallows were flower petals with sprinkles.... mmmmm

 

Every one getting ready to go hunting for all the goodies... lol all three of them.....    OK I will show you all one more photo, I took to many to share with you all in one post. And I have such cute ones that I must post about them....  Hey it is the Grand ma in me.. you can never have too many pictures... Right.....

With the help of Auntie and Daddy  Maddison found her first egg and candy... She really got the hang of it and had a ball looking all over for more....   It was a beautiful day just perfect the sun was out and not to chilly.  And our Lord has Risen.... What could be better... I ask you.....   We are getting rain today and tomorrow but the rest of the week is going to be nice. So I have plans to get in my garden and so some cleaning up to get ready to do some planting of veggies...  All of my flowers are really doing great, I am worried about my April Dawn Rose bush though, it dose not seem to be growing, but I will wait a little longer and give it some TLC...   Well I hope you enjoyed my Easter photos, with more tomorrow,, lol Sorry ..............................   :]   I have other ones to share also, so I will have lots to blog about this week, which is unusual for me.. he he   I want to thank you all for stopping by and leaving such lovely comments...  I have said it before and I will say it again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,   You are just the best....  So until next time.
