PINK SATURDAY IS HERE

I can't believe it is Pink Saturday again, my how the week just flew by. I think it is going faster since I have went back to work. Then some days it is slow going. Oh well I guess we can't have it all,,,,  but I want to know why not....

So I am going to put on my Pink Pretties, although I don't have to many this Saturday I did not get to them this week.

Pink Saturday 010

This is my little Pink Lamp shade, I bought this lovely lamp down it Nashville In. Brown County. The shop was called Victorian Rose. She had the most beautiful things, Victorian chic and shabby chic. I could have spent Soho much mooolaaaaaa in there. But hubby was there to keep my feet on the ground .... Darn it....

Pink Saturday 019

This is my pretty Pink tea pot and spoon rest. I found this on Ebay a couple of years ago, I just love it. It is a dark pink and light blue.

I have not had the guts to use it yet, some day I will.

Well that is all of my pink pretties so far this Saturday, I will do better next weekend.

I am watching the opening of the Olympics, in China. Wow they sure can put on a beautiful show. I am so amazed at what they can do. They are so precise about there movements and just about every thing they do. I all the years I have been watching the opening night's I think this one is my favorite. I love watching all the sports and routing for out teams. I try not too miss any of them. There are so many talented athletes out there, they are truly wonderful to watch. Most are very humble about there talent too. And then you have the big headed ones, but there are not too many of them.

Well Ladies I have had a long day and when I got home I had some family here to visit which is a good thing. I have not seen my youngest grand daughter in a long time and she was here with her big brother. So I was sooooooooo happy to see them. And my Sweet Sister was here today also, she is leaving later tonight. So it is quite now just me and Honey Bunny, I have my feet up and a small glass of wine, watching my favorite show , Opening night of the Olympics. and getting to visit each and every one of you dear friends. Speaking of Dear Friends, I wish to thank each of you for you very sweet and kind comments on my Bathroom Diva photo. Now I know some of you are way to kind with you compliments. And I thank you for them very much you all are so wonderful for my ego. ha ha ha.

If any of you are wondering why I don't thank you on your blogs it is because it is easier to do it this way, that way I don't leave any one out. I don't want any one to think I don't care to thank you on you posts. This is just easier for me to do it this way. And I can write a lot more the in the posts. lol:}  I think of you all every day, and Pray for those who need it, well I guess I just lift up every one of you in Prayer and thank the Lord for you all. So with that I will say goodnight, and have a Blessed weekend. Enjoy your Pink Saturday.

Hugs;

Alaura
