Good evening every one, I hope you all had a great day. My day was pretty good, it was very cloudy out this morning looked like rain, then the sun came out and boy what a colorful show. I can't wait to go on our fall picnic this Saturday and then a hike through the woods. Ok enough of that I will show my fence now.
I am pretty happy about how it turned out, thanks to all of you wonderful ideas. I went to the Dollar Tree and they did not have any fall decorations left, at least what I wanted, and fall leaf ivy. So I am going to have to shop at Walley World this weekend and look for one. I put a white wash on it fixed up the black kitty and painted the slate. I was very nervous about doing the painting, I am really not that good at it. But it did come out ok don't you think????? I took closer ups too. So hang on here they are.
My little ghost is pretty cute but I did forget his mouth, ha ha it shows up pretty good from the street. I was stepping back to make sure every one could see it. Here are more. squellllllll.
I put clear glass beads for the eyes so they would give a kind of glow and sparkle and I had to put some girly stuff on the kitty, I know it is not scary looking but it is pretty cute. I glued on a green sparkle flower on it too, oh the her scarf is a pink trimmed hankie.
This is the chair I painted and stressed a little, it is outside my front door. I set a wood bowl of gourds and a sweet little scarecrow wreath. Now all I need to find are my pumpkins to decorate and set out. We have a market called the Log Cabin and they still have some mums so I am off to find some to replace the ones my babies ate. lol and to set out side by my pretties.
This is just a different shot of my chair, it looks pretty good where I set it, So what do you all think about my projects?? Did I do good. I hope you like them. I sound like I am begging , well I guess I am. wink wink.... Your opinions mean a lot to me.
I was planning on making my scrap book trading cards today, but time ran away from me, so I hope tomorrow I will be able to make some. Oh Heather stopped by this evening to show me her new jeep, it is so cute. And yes I did get some photos of it , I was out side with my camera taking photos of my fall decorations when she pulled up.
She was so excited out getting a new one, which she needed badly her other jeep was such a mess it looked good but ran awful. Does she not look happy, my sweet Baby Girl, that is what we call her. Love the color of it, it is kind of a taupe color very nice love the rims too.. I would love to have some new rims on my Ford truck, I love my truck it is great..... In the top photo you can see the rear end of it. Poor baby she needs a bath, my truck not Baby Girl. lol; :} I also took some of my neighbors trees that are turning so pretty.
This is from my back yard the photo doesn't do it Justus, gosh darn it.
Now this one turned out pretty good except for their basketball hoop. oh well. Up and down the street the trees are so beautiful looking. My neighbors were out side when I was taking my photos, they looked at like I was a little off. lol I have great neighbors they are so friendly and sweet and very helpful.
Well dear friends I hope you enjoyed my photos and my projects. I had such a great time putting them all together, I will show you all more when I get my pumpkins done.
I want to thank you all for your wonderful comments and for taking the time to visit me and leave one. You are so great I cherish each of you. God Bless
Hugs;
Alaura

You did a terrific job!
It's funny that you call Heather your baby girl; I call my youngest, my son, my baby boy! He's married and a father of three, but he'll always be My baby.
Hi Alaura! Love your Halloween fence! It came out great - your slate painting is perfect! Also loved the chair and the flowers - and that sweet little Jeep!!! Oh my gosh, it's the cutest thing ever! I'd love to be zipping around in a little jeep like that instead of my minivan! ha ha...Donna
