Good Afternoon Dear Friends. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. My weekend is going very well for once. It started on Friday night, after hubby and I ate we set out side and lit our chimneypot, and had a glass of wine, and watched the kids who live behind us play. The day was very sunny and cool crisp. The evening was just the same, then the kids went home and all was quite, except for the crackling of the wood the smell of the wood burning and all the fall scents. All the creatures of the night singing their songs to all. It was just a perfect night. Saturday was our lazy day, it usually is our busy day, but I woke up in pain so I did not do much at all. When I have those days it seems like I wasted away a good day. I don't feel very good about that, but what can you do, but go with the flow. Now Sunday is going a little better, this morning hubby put a fire on for me, it was very cozy with the fire, and cool Sunny morning, having coffee. When we can't make it to Church we listen to it on the computer hubby down loads the sermon. I love that we can do that.
Now I am doing some knitting and embroidery, and blogging and watching NASCAR. I love my Nascar, #48 all the way. yeaaaa rahhh sis boom baa.. sorry I do get carried away, some times I get really loud and scare my poor baby girls. They look at daddy as if to say, what is wrong with Mommy.. I do feel bad when they jump and duck for cover. ha ha
Well that was my weekend, nothing very exciting just dull ad uneventful, which I just love. It is my kind of weekend. I want to thank you all for you wonderful comments you so kindly leave me. I do so appreciate it when you take the time to leave me a kind word, or even just read my post such as the are. You are all true dear friends. Have a most wonderful week. God Bless;
Hugs;
Alaura

Glad to hear you're having a nice weekend. Come visit.
That's romantic Alaura! How have you been? I've been posting once in a while but a little "homesick" for the past month so that's why I'm not "visiting" my blogging friends that often. I wish a lovely week! Hugs, Vanessa
I hope your pain is gone by now. Those lazy, care-free weekends are the best, aren't they?
And I love the photo of the trees!
Sometimes our bodies tell us to slow down and when they do that is what we gotta do. I hope that makes sense. I do hope you are feeling better and have a good week.
Hi Alaura! Thanks for popping in with your well wishes for us! We're truly blessed and God is just awesome!
I hope you're feeling better today and could just imagine the fire! How nice - it's 84' here today!!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)
Your weekend sounded as beautiful as your words. Sounded romantic and cozy. Glad you enjoyed it and sorry to hear you were in pain for a portion of it. I hope you feel better noe. It sounds like hubby takes good care of you.

Beautiful post. BTW, I am a closet Nascar fan-yea 99! Debbie
That picture is absolutely beautiful, is the trees in your yard? Thanks for sharing your weekend, sounded very relaxed.
Sometimes I think those are the best kinds of weekends. I enjoy those laid back times. While the "boys" were away last weekend I had a fire in the fireplace and knit and watched TV. It was glorious!
take care,
Dawn
Hi Alaura
Remember me? Life has been sooooo C-R-A-Z-Y lately...but a good kind of crazy, so I can't complain even though it has kept me from visiting. But...I'm home now...for a week or so anyway. Even though I'm sick with a cold AND a stomach virus (yuk), it's so good to be home.
I've had fun this afternoon reading all your posts I've missed. Gosh, you've been a busy bee!
Hugs!
Kat
